Henry Cavill is a British actor who started his career with minor and supporting film and television roles in BBC's The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Midsomer Murders, and The Tudors. He transitioned into some mainstream Hollywood films like Tristan & Isolde, Stardust, and Immortals. He also starred alongside Armie Hammer in A Man from U.N.C.L.E (2015). He became widely recognized because of the film, Man of Steel, where the actor played the starring role of Superman. Cavill will reprise his role as Superman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)  and Justice Leagues Parts One and Two.
