Gucci Mane is an American hip hop recording artist from Atlanta, Georgia. In 2007, Gucci Mane founded 1017 Records. He is also known for helping pioneer the hip hop subgenre trap music along-side fellow Atlanta-based rapper T.I. and Young Jeezy. Gucci Mane has released dozens of mixtape and has worked with artists such as Drake, Lil Wayne, Omarion, and Mariah Carey. His 2016 collaboration with Rae Sremmurd, Black Beatles, provided Gucci Mane with his first number-one single on the US Billboard Hot 100 Chart.
His tenth studio album, "The Return of East Atlanta Santa," was released December 16th, 2016 featuring appearances by Drake, and Travis Scott.
