WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND THE SHOW?
Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors under 10 will not be admitted.
WHERE DOES THE SHOW TAPE?
All audience members must check-in at the Live Studio, at the corner of 67th Street & Columbus Avenue (7 Lincoln Square, NY, NY 10023). The closest subway is the number "1" train at 68th street/Lincoln Center.
HOW LONG IS A TAPING?
A "Live" show taping takes 60 minutes. However, we often tape promos and other segments after the "Live" show which may take an additional 30-60 minutes.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Plan to arrive NO later than the Audience Arrival time listed for each taping. Early arrival is recommended.
ARE "LIVE" TICKETS FREE?
Yes, all LIVE with Kelly and Michael tickets are free and non-transferable.
IS ADMISSION GUARANTEED?
Ticket distribution is in excess of studio capacity and is first-come, first-serve, therefore admission is not guaranteed. On rare occasions, the studio is filled to capacity and we are unable to accommodate all ticket holders. VIP tickets for a future date will be offered to any ticket holder turned away.
WHEN WILL I FIND OUT IF MY TICKET REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED?
We process requests in the order they are received, and will notify you by email when tickets are confirmed. While we do our best to accommodate as many fans as we can, it is possible that we will not have available tickets for you due to capacity. If you do not receive tickets, you can always try the stand-by line on the day of the show.
HOW CAN I GET STANDBY TICKETS?
Standbys are encouraged to come to the studio (SE corner of West 67th Street and Columbus Ave) as early as 7:00am EST for a standby number. After the ticket holders are seated, it is first-come, first-serve from the standby line.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress as if you are going to a nice dinner. Solid bright colors are preferred. Avoid t-shirts and hats with large logos. Please come prepared for the weather as audience members have to stand outside prior to check-in. Please dress warmly as the studio is air conditioned.
IS THERE A SECURITY SCREENING?
All audience members are required to be screened prior to entering the studio. Please refrain from bringing extra personal belongings.
IS THE STUDIO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
CAN I BRING A CAMERA?
Cameras are permitted. We have the right to ask you not to use your camera at any given time. Video cameras and flash pictures are not permitted.
IS THERE A COAT CHECK?
No, all of your belongings must fit underneath your seat.
ARE FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED?
Eating, drinking or smoking in the studio is not permitted. For those of you who would like to eat before the show, Starbucks is directly across the street. Coffee shops and restaurants are nearby.
