Adam Perry Lang is a chef, cookbook author and award-winning barbecue expert. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and working his way through the kitchen of top rated French restaurants, Lang decided to pursue his passion for barbecue. Adam Perry Lang now owns his own restaurants in New York City and London. Desiring to make barbecue and grilling as accessible for the home cook as he had for the customers in his restaurant, Adam’s first book, Serious Barbecue: Smoke, Char, Baste and Brush Your Way to Great Outdoor Cooking, was a New York Times best-seller. He has also partnered up with Mario Batali's Las Vegas steakhouse, CarneVino, as he oversees the dry aging of the restaurants superior beef.
